US extradition for an Ex HSBC Executive

By in

Stuart Scott, 45, one time executive of currency trading at HSBS (London) can be extradited to US and face fraud charges, British court ruled.

Westminster magistrates Court did not rule on whether Scott is Guilty or not.

He strongly denied the charges and will appeal this ruling.

This decision is the result of a New York Jury, which found Scott’s British ex-boss and Mark Johnson once HSBC’s head of global cash foreign-exchange trading guilty on nine similar counts with a maximum 20 year imprisonment each count.

Long-standing and trusted extradition relationship between two countries.
