Turkey runs tax amnesty in hopes of dodgers coming forward

By in

A tax amnesty came into force in Turkey on 27th May 2017, covering tax liabilities that should have been declared and paid by March 31st 2017 and closes on June 30th 2017. The entire delay interest and tax loss will be written off if the taxpayer declares and pays the whole amount by the date specified. Unlike previous tax amnesties, however, it does not apply to Turkish residents’ assets abroad.
