Tax Inspectors Without Borders Initiative Raises Half a Billion Dollars Since 2015

According to its annual report, the OECD’s Tax Inspectors Without Borders initiative gave an additional USD $500 million in otherwise lost revenue for developing countries in the four years to April 2019.

The program was originally launched in July 2015, sends expert tax auditors to help tax administrations in over 50 developing countries, by working with local auditors to fortify their auditing capabilities and multinationals’ overall compliance standards.
