Singapore sees unprecedented rise in women working in managerial roles

According to the findings from the 2017 Hays Asia Salary Guide, the number of women working in managerial positions in Singapore has surged to 32% this year, while the number of foreign employees in Singapore has decreased, making up 22% of the workforce in Singapore. The Guide is the tenth publication of findings in Asia, and highlights HR and salary trends across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan and mainland China. The research is based on a survey of over 3,000 employers that represent over six million employees in Asia.
