Singapore and Hong Kong rank top for business

06.11According to the World Bank’s annual competitiveness survey, Singapore and Hong Kong rank the world’s best places to run a business for the eighth year in a row, with New Zealand, the United States and Denmark following up in the top five. China’s rank fell from 91st last year to 96th this year with the lower ranks from the list of a 189- countries being made up of African countries like Chad, the Central African Republic. Rwanda was praised for the efforts it has made to boost property registration and for simplifying trade and tax procedures, and won itself the honor of most improved since 2005.
