Cryptocurrency exchanges and e-trading platforms outside the Netherlands may never again be qualified to trade in the nation under the Dutch administration’s new guidelines requiring digital currency companies to enroll with the De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB).

The enactment, which is pertinent to all residential digital currency substances, is intended to consent to the EU’s Fifth Anti-Money Laundering Directive (5AMLD).
