US Recruitment company Boston Consulting Group (BCG) conducted a report that found workforce dynamics to be undergoing a huge transformation globally. Rapidly changing technologies, new business models, a more modern approach to demographics and workplace attitudes are all starting the change the way people are working, not only in the US but worldwide. 60 major trends were analysed and grouped into 12 primary forces that affect both the demand and supply of talent across different sectors. These forces will require Business Owners and Managers to rethink even basic conventions about their workforce.
