Growing Unrest Between UK and its Overseas Territories

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office in the UK has told the House of Commons that the current balance of power between the UK and its overseas territories should remain unchanged; proposing that the UK shouldn’t engage the territories protests to opening public beneficial ownership registries by 2020.

The FCO has recognised the request to have created tension however has released that it will reject requests from the Cayman Islands to quash its constitutional rights to implement its own domestic law within the territories.
