By in

A Florida court has ordered Bitcoin pioneer Craig Wright to forfeit half of his pre-2014 Bitcoin holdings and intellectual property to the estate of the late Dave Kleiman, whose brother accuses one of the apellants. Wright of defrauding the family out of their entitlement to over a million Bitcoins that were mined prior to 2014.

The Bitcoins in question are supposedly worth USD $10 billion at the current market value, and are currently frozen in various funds and trusts, however, could now be released onto the market if the funds are declared as being an inheritance gift and have to be sold or traded.
