Currently, Cyprus hotels and restaurants are not ready to receive tourists, tourism numbers are growing year on year. This is due to the tourism industry inadequate supply of suitable qualified employees. Those employees with potential to enhance their qualifications and expertise, do not seek only seasonal work, they are interested to sustain a career in the hotel business industry. Also they are not satisfied with a monthly salary of €600. Restaurateurs and hoteliers are looking for a way out of this situation by attracting experienced employees.
