Canada Is Lifting Retaliatory Tariffs on Goods from USA

By in

It is reported that Canada has completely abolished the retaliatory duties introduced in 2018 for goods from the United States. Such duties were imposed by America on steel and aluminum from Canada.

The official website of the Ministry of Finance of Canada states that the abolition of countermeasures will allow interconnected economies to pool efforts aimed at improving the competitiveness and general security of countries as well as the creating of new jobs.
