Brexit has not deterred UK investors, survey finds

The Irish tax regime has come in first place, with 73% of UK companies choosing it as one of their top three most favourable jurisdictions in which to invest in. The UK maintained its place in second with 65% singling out the country followed at third by Luxembourg with 42%. The UK has lost ground to Ireland despite reducing its corporation tax rate to 19% for the 2017-18 financial year, compared to Ireland’s rate of 12.5%. Luxembourg holds third place, despite the combined corporation tax rate being 29.22%.
