In a statement, Bank of America stresses that this is done to avoid financial risks that the bank will face when the United Kingdom leaves the European Union. The financial institution adds that employees in the financial, risk, technology and credit departments will be relocated in 2018, between July and December.

Therefore, about 125 employees will go to Ireland opening the first stage of the US bank reshuffle in Europe. Bank of America also said that probably some employees will move to France, some to Germany and other EU countries.
