UK Initiative Wants to Remove Blame Culture from Beneficial Ownership Register

By in

This week, the government in the UK have started a new campaign as part of an international anti-corruption drive intended to encourage the transparency of beneficial ownership for all foreign owned companies including and especially aimed at the British Overseas Territories.

The drive references all countries working together as one to create a new global standard, instead of creating a blame culture; starting an incentive where all are involved. The UK hope to establish a pool of nations all publishing and listing the real owners of all companies registered in their jurisdiction.
