Thailand’s 2018 Anti-Corruption Act entered into national law last week, succeeding previous anti-corruption legislation with measures to entirely counteract and stifle corruption and wilful misconduct.

Additionally, the draft Private Trust Act Bill has been sent for legislative review by the Office of the Council of State in Thailand. It will enable a corporate entity to be a settlor and enables property and land in Thailand to be preserved under the umbrella of equity & trust law.
