The Swiss government have published a website which purpose is to provide guidance on the introduction of a new type of Swiss trust under the regulated procedure.

It contains the final impact assessment report strongly supporting Switzerland’s introduction in the trust and equity sphere of law; with a special emphasis to help citizens with estate planning and wills.
