Secrecy over discussion of Cyprus reunification irritates Greek Cypriots

By in

Many Greek Cypriots complain that the reunification is being discussed behind their backs without seemingly any transparency whatsoever. There is no official information about the status of negotiations as well as any agreements or compromises between the parties. This approach can result in a failure of another attempt to reunite Cyprus. Similarly to when it happened in 2004 with the so-called “Kofi Annan plan”.
