1. The business partnership program

  • The partner independently conducts negotiations with the client.
  • The partner submits information and fills in questionnaires on behalf of the client.
  • The partner independently establishes a price for the service.
  • The partner directly bills the client on behalf of the company.
  • Eltoma Corporate Services generates a bill for the partner.
We have a 10% discount on all provided services for partners.

Benefits:

  • The partner has an opportunity to expand their portfolio of services provided.
  • Receive free consultations upon client requests in a timely manner.
  • The partner doesn't incur any additional expense for support or information received based on the administration of the company.
  • The partner receives “payment due notices” regarding requirements & procedures for your companies clients, (payment of state taxes, delivery of reports, changes of the legislation, etc.).
  • The partner receives free access to any information on the Eltoma Corporate Services' database through the partner private office.

Please note: Discounts don't extend to some company services, such as accounting servicing, deposits of the director, the state fees. For more detailed information about services on which the provision of a discount doesn't extend, please ask your contact manager.

2. Referral program

  • Eltoma Corporate Services contacts the client on behalf of the partner and provides all necessary services.
  • Eltoma Corporate Services generates a bill to the client.
  • The partner's commission constitutes 10% of the first placed order of every client.
  • The client is not informed of the size of the commission paid to the partner.

Benefits:

  • The partner is not required to support an information database or directly contact the client.
  • The partner has an opportunity to receive commission without any additional efforts or cost having only provided contacts of the prospective client.
  • The partner can receive the report on the clients provided to the company (the total quantity of the provided clients, and a commission calculation according to the placed order).
  • The partner gets free access to any information on the Eltoma Corporate Services database through the partner private office.

 3. Your own business program

  • The partner submits information and fills in questionnaires on behalf of the client.
  • The partner directly bills the client on behalf of the company.
  • Eltoma Corporate Services bills the partner.
  • The partner receives a 10% discount for all services provided by Eltoma Corporate Services.

  • The partner has an opportunity to found the business with assistance of an international company - Eltoma Corporate Services.
  • The partner can choose the project with an established budget.
  • Operational free consultations by request of clients are provided to the partner.
  • The partner doesn't incur any additional expense for support of the database on administration of client companies.
  • The partner receives due notices about requirements and procedures for the companies of clients (payment of state taxes, delivery of reports, changes of legislation, etc.).
  • The partner gets free access to the Eltoma Corporate Services database through a private office of the partner.
