PANAMA: Deadline cut for the surrendering of bearer shares

Panama’s National Assembly has sent the Law No.18 2015 for final approval, which will bring forward the deadline for the total immobilisation of bearer shares. All existing bearer shares must be cancelled or deposited in custody before the end of this year (31st December).
