What job interview questions should be paid attention to?

There are a number of questions that require preliminary preparation by applicants. Such questions are:

  1. Tell about yourself. This question sets the pace of job interviews. Candidates are recommended to concentrate on professional knowledge, experience and achievements.
  2. What are your weak points? This question is asked to find out how honest and self-critical the candidate is, how well he knows himself. It is strongly recommended not to answer with the phrase “I don’t have weak points”.
  3. What plans do you have for the first 90 days of your work? This question aims to check the applicant’s capability to set goals and tasks, and understand their achievability.
