What job interview questions should be paid attention to?
There are a number of questions that require preliminary preparation by applicants. Such questions are:
- Tell about yourself. This question sets the pace of job interviews. Candidates are recommended to concentrate on professional knowledge, experience and achievements.
- What are your weak points? This question is asked to find out how honest and self-critical the candidate is, how well he knows himself. It is strongly recommended not to answer with the phrase “I don’t have weak points”.
- What plans do you have for the first 90 days of your work? This question aims to check the applicant’s capability to set goals and tasks, and understand their achievability.
