US Fails to Meet Acceptable Global Tax Transparency Standards

Reports from a recent survey conducted by the OECD's Tax Transparency Forum has scrutinised the US for having 'holes in regards to the lawful necessities to get and maintain a beneficial global standard as previously agreed.

This, together with the US' inability to approve any universal data swapping treaties with any different countries since 2010, which as thereby driven the OECD to give it a downgraded ‘non-compliant’ rating.
