The Unusable Oil European Countries are Purchasing from Russia

Certain Russian oil refineries have been producing low quality petroleum and attempting to sell it to Western oil companies in the UK and Europe. The problem has come to a head this week as millions of unused and unwanted barrels of contaminated oil are now stuck in the pipeline from Belarus to Germany, however no one wants to purchase it.

European refiners that previously purchased the oil last month, and realised it was low quality and unusable, have continued payment in order to maintain good long-term business relations with the world's second largest oil exporter, and also to avoid lengthy legal battles with Russian courts.
