Attracting Millennial Talent Is Key To Success

According to the World Economic Forum, millennials will constitute 75% of the global workforce by 2025 in Singapore.

The people in question, born from 1979  to 2000, they are the next generation of leaders according to some, and others say that they are the most innovative and creative we have ever seen.

RedMart, Razer, Carousell and Grab, all millennial-led companies, including some with Singaporean founders or are Singapore-based, have showcased a remarkable ability to attract talent, champion disruption and leverage technology.

These businesses threaten the idea of working for institutional and traditional companies which have been part of our social makeup for decades.

Notably, the key to enterprise success is attracting millennial talent. According to sources, the millennials care about social impact and a greater contribution to the world. More than half of 8,000 respondents states that they feel responsible for social issues related to environmental protection and social equality from Deloitte’s Millennial Survey 2017.
