Jaguar Land Rover UK have announced it will employ 5,000 extra staff as it looks to boost the company’s workforce and skill set in autonomous and electrical technology, a welcomed business endorsement as UK Prime Minister Theresa May starts Brexit talks after many European companies have been seeing falling positions for their UK-based offices. JLR employs over 40,000 people worldwide, stated they would hire predominantly electronic and software engineers, the majority of which will be located in the UK.
