The recent Pentagon report on the nuclear situation confirmed information that Russia has an underwater nuclear unmanned aerial vehicle capable of carrying a 100-megaton nuclear warhead.
The weapon, referred to as ‘AUV’, or an autonomous underwater vehicle, is shown in the diagram in which numerous Russian nuclear vehicles are described. Last month, NATO members expressed concern about the Russian cruise missile system, which would allow Moscow to implement a nuclear strike against Europe without delay.
NATO also stated that, according to recent US observations, Russia violates the 1987 Treaty on Nuclear Arms. Moscow denied allegations made by NATO and the United States.
