FATF Ranks Israel’s Internal Money Laundering Processes

Israel is currently enrolling in the international Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and has received the first official results from the countries assessment of its money laundering measures & processes.

The FATF stated in the analysis that the jurisdiction is currently achieving good results, however must increase its supervision of the following Israeli-based entities that are more prone to tax evasion:

Trust & company service providers.
Lawyers & Accountants in the professional sphere.
Non-profit organisations *& charities.
The money service business sector.
Property agents.
