The Ministry of Trade in China has recently published official data testifying to the sharp growth of foreign direct investments (FDI) made by China. At an annual rate the indicator has increased by 10.6% since last month.
China’s total amount of FDI in April, 2015 amounted to $9.61 billion. As for industrial investments distribution, for the first four months of 2015 the Chinese FDI has grown by 11.1% having accrued $44.49 billion so far.
Within the first quarter of 2015 Chinese foreign direct investments not connected with the financial sector have increased by 36% compared to the same period in 2014. As for direct investment in China, for 2014 their growth amounted to 1.7%. Experts state that South Korea, the UK and Hong Kong are amoung the leading countries investing in the Chinese economy at the moment.
