BVI Postpones African Trade Mission to Focus on Falsifying Blacklist Claims

By in

The BVI Finance Minister has reportedly postponed the country’s humanitarian trade mission to Africa until early 2019. The reason for the constricting of efforts is due to the financial centre wanting to direct all necessary resources into the EU negotiations; that will ultimately decide whether BVI will be placed on the EU’s blacklist of non-cooperative jurisdictions.

The BVI’s representative has reportedly been told to go to extreme lengths in order to present BVI’s case at the European Union’s Code of Conduct Group.
