UK Shares Now Listed on Chinese Stock Exchanges

On June 17th the United Kingdom and China reported that they will be including each other’s companies shares on their on respective stock exchanges; in a move that will most likely keep London as the remain the leading financial centre after Brexit .

It was also noted that after the launch of the London-Shanghai Stock Connect project, any foreign company would have the opportunity to be listed on the mainland China stock exchanges. The UK also seeks to strengthen trade ties with the Asian powerhouse despite tensions caused by US sanctions against Huawei.
