Brexit No-Deal Agreement Could Lose Half-a-Million Jobs Globally

A study published last week found that if the UK were to leave the European Union without any kind of economic agreement, over half a million jobs around the world could be at risk, with Germany feeling the effects the most.

Researchers examined what would happen in Germany if the UK imports from the remaining member states fell by even 25% following Brexit. Their predictions found that over 100,000 jobs would be under threat in Germany (Europe’s largest economy) and 50,000 in France.
