Sales and Business Development Officer (HR & Recruitment services) [ECS:6518AS]

Position: Full time.

Location: Saint Petersburg, Russia

Due to expansion of our services, Eltoma Corporate Services is seeking to recruit Experienced Sales and Business Development professional to assist with further promotion of new services and products under Eltoma Corporate Services umbrella of products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, sales and project management of business development pans of Eltoma Corporate Services – main focus Recruitment, HR Services & IT Service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - HR & Recruitment services area:

  • Promotion of the company’s products and services.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Lead generation and closing of sales for HR Services – initial focus will be Recruitment products.
  • Completion of the documentation step in the process.
  • Maintains accurately the company database.

Work Experience & Professional knowledge:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development (preferably in IT Services industry)
  • Strong communication, presentation and listening skills.
  • High level of financial acumen.
  • Sales/business development experience, with a record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Successful track record of sales and relationship management with notable accomplishments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional planning, organisation and time management skills; self-starter.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple sales activities.
  • Good negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent work ethic and high energy level.
  • Highly adaptable to changes in business direction, services, and needs from a prospective client.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.


Requirements and person specification:

Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written), Greek – desirable, Russian as an advantage.

Position requires an analytical, strategically minded and detail-oriented individual who is able to drive excellence while seamlessly managing multiple projects, priorities and execution deadlines.
